I am actually not very fond of raitas. I make these on days when I’m lazy and won’t prepare anything other than a one pot meal. The raita just fits in perfectly then.
This cooling dish can be served as a side dish with any stuffed paratha, biryani or pulao. I found this recipe in a magazine few months back and have been wanting to try it since then. This is how I made it, exactly according to the instructions given.
